NO PETS ALLOWED IN OR AROUND THE CABINS !!!!! IN CASE OF CANCELLATION WE MUST BE NOTIFIED SEVEN (7) DAYS IN ADVANCE. |
| Cabin reservations require payment of the first night stay and $2.00 non-refundable handling fee at time of booking. Security deposit and balance of stay is due upon arrival of stay. Security deposit will be refunded in approximately 30 days after stay. Any refunds mailed to your address on file. If returned to us as undeliverable will be forfeited after 60 days. Also, any refunds that are not cashed or negotiated within 6 months will be forfeited. |
| Weekends require two (2) nights rental. Holidays in season require three (3) night’s rental. Holiday’s off-season require a minimum of two (2) night’s rental. Holiday reservations require payment IN FULL at time of reservation, excluding damage deposit, which will be paid upon arrival. |
